Thomas Gold Frost nació en Galesburg, el 17 de febrero de 1866, falleció en 1948.
Muy esforzadamente, trabajando a la vez, pudo estudiar Derecho en Columbia, destacándose en sus estudios. Incluso fue fundador del Columbia Law
Se destacó en el ejercicio de la profesión de abogado y llegó a desempeñar cargos públicos.
